A LOYAL FAN UPDATE ON COVID-19 AND CSZ PHILADELPHIA - 3/13/20

Loyal Fans,
Here is a quick update on our current situation. The Philadelphia Mayor's Office and Office of Emergency Management has ordered that events of 1,000 or more people are to close immediately. Venues of 250 seats or less can stay open using mitigation steps and social distancing.
CSz Philadelphia seats 100, which puts us well below the recommended threshold.
Regardless, our players, staff, and fans are of the utmost concern to us. Therefore, we are going to cancel our Saturday (3/14) and Sunday (3/15) shows this weekend. While we are dark, we are going to do a deep cleaning of our theater and continue to monitor the situation. We will update our fans and students via email and on social media.
This is not an easy decision but we believe it is the right one.
Fans who purchased tickets this weekend (Thank You!) have three options:
1. Exchange for a later date
2. Refund
3. Account credit
An email will be going out to those fans individually.
