A Loyal Fan Update on COVID-19 and CSz Philadelphia
CSz Philadelphia cares about the safety of our staff, our players, our students and our Loyal Fans.
We have been following the news on the COVID-19 (aka “the coronavirus”) and keeping up with recommendations from the CDC and Philadelphia Mayor’s Office.
At this time, there are no plans to cancel any of our matches or classes. If that changes, we will let you know via email.
We started putting plans in place, both in line with CDC recommendations and the nature of our shows, at the end of February. Our goal is (always) to provide a safe work and play environment for all who come into our theater.
As an improv theater and school, we are practicing what we preach: listening, responding, and adapting to the situation as it happens. We will continue to do so until the coast is clear.
We ask that everyone who comes into our theater be smart and use best practices: wash your hands, use a tissue, and cover your mouth when you cough and sneeze. Most importantly, if you feel sick or experience a fever or dry cough, stay home.
To quote our friends at The Second City: “In this case, comedy is not the best medicine.”
We’ll be here when you get better.
